ZOA is a small new-build scheme in the heart of Torrevieja, aimed at buyers who want the sea on their doorstep and the town within easy reach on foot. Sand starts roughly 100 metres away, the natural rock pools and promenade are about 150 metres off, and Playa del Cura sits around 500 metres from the building. The Real Club Náutico marina and the town centre are both a short stroll.
The building rises five storeys in a single block and holds one- and two-bedroom flats of around 61 to 92 m². Every home has its own terrace, while the two penthouses at the top add a private solarium with their own pool. Residents share a pool and sauna downstairs and a sun deck on the roof looking out to sea.
Golfers have a course roughly 2.5 km away. Alicante-Elche is the closest airport at about 35.5 km, with Región de Murcia airport at around 44 km. That makes ZOA workable both as a year-round Costa Blanca base and as a flat for winter stays and long weekends.

ZOA is one building of ground floor plus four upper levels. Two flats sit at street level, six are spread across the middle floors and the top level is split into two penthouses. Layouts offer one or two bedrooms with one or two bathrooms, and some include an en-suite. Internal floor areas range from about 61 to 92 m².
