Project Lola is a small new-build development in Formentera del Segura, a village set back from the coast on the southern Costa Blanca. It is a single row of terraced townhouses. Each home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 157 m² of living space on a plot of 184.5 to 190 m². The defining feature is a slim 30 m² swimming pool stretching lengthways across the plot. A covered walkway crosses the water to reach the kitchen.
Outside space is generous: 75 m² of terrace per house, of which 60 m² is up on the roof. The homes face south-east, so mornings bring sunshine, and you park on your own land.
Daily life works well here. The village centre is roughly 400 metres away, a supermarket about 200 metres and the Centro de Salud de Benijófar around 1 km. The project
Project Lola is one terrace of townhouses. Each house has two storeys and sits on its own plot of 184.5 to 190 m². The front door opens into the living room, which leads straight out onto a terrace.
