The project
The development consists of one building on an enclosed plot, with an entry phone at the gate. Homes are spread over three storeys served by a lift, with flats on the lower two levels and penthouses at the top. Layouts range from one bedroom and one bathroom up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and in the larger homes the main bedroom has its own en suite. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is handed over fully fitted.

Outside space is where these homes stand out. Each has a private terrace, partly covered, and many look out over the gardens or the pool. The penthouses add a private solarium of up to 109 m². Shared areas include the swimming pool and landscaped grounds, while indoors there is a spa, a gym and a coworking room, handy if you need a quiet desk away from the flat.
The specification includes 90 by 90 cm porcelain floor tiles, double glazing, motorised shutters, a safe and air conditioning for both cooling and heating. Heating and hot water run on an aerothermal heat pump system, an efficient option for the local climate, and the homes are pre-wired for home automation. Each property has its own parking space in the garage and a storage room, so golf clubs, bikes and beach gear stay out of the living space.
No home here is without outdoor space. Terraces start at 13.5 m² and reach 200 m² on the largest penthouse, where a private solarium turns the roof into an extra living area. The practical side is strong. The town centre is about 400 metres off and a pharmacy about 300 metres. For golf, La Marquesa Golf in Rojales is roughly 3 km away. Measured as the crow flies, Platja de La Roqueta near Guardamar is 9 km from the building and Alicante-Elche Airport 27.5 km.
Who is it for? Formentera Homes suits buyers who want a low-maintenance second home or a permanent base in a genuine Spanish town, with golf close by. The one-bedroom flats are easy to lock up and leave; the three-bedroom penthouses with large solariums work for families or anyone who hosts visitors often. Remote workers will appreciate the coworking room. One point to weigh up: there are no private gardens, and the beach is 9 km away, so a car makes life easier.
