The golf course is the clear draw, roughly 100 metres from the block. Day-to-day needs are a short drive away: a supermarket at about 2 km, the centre of San Javier at around 4 km and Hospital General Universitario Los Arcos del Mar Menor at about 5 km. The nearest beach is some 3 km off.
