Royal Star is a compact new build development in Guardamar del Segura, on the southern Costa Blanca, placed so that the beach, the shops and the town centre are all within walking distance. Platja de La Roqueta is about 500 metres away, the centre of Guardamar roughly 600 metres and a supermarket around 200 metres. For everyday errands, a car is largely optional here.
The building is a single block with a ground floor and four upper storeys. It holds one and two bedroom apartments with one or two bathrooms and between roughly 41 and 79 m² of living space. Every apartment has its own terrace, ranging from a small balcony of about 3 m² to a generous outdoor area of almost 70 m². A lift serves every floor and continues up to the shared roof, where residents have a solarium, a patch of lawn and outdoor showers.
The nearest golf course is about 2.5 km away, Marina de les Dunes around 3 km and Alicante-Elche airport roughly 23.5 km as the crow flies. That makes Royal Star practical both as a permanent home and as a holiday base you can reach quickly.

Royal Star is one building of five levels: a ground floor with four storeys above it. Apartments sit in three positions within the block, at ground level, on the middle floors and on the top floor.
