Set right in the centre of Guardamar del Segura, GBH Guardamar is a small new-build block of one-bedroom apartments on the southern Costa Blanca, in the town where the River Segura reaches the Mediterranean. The building rises from ground level to a fourth storey, every flat has one bedroom and one bathroom, and living space runs from 41 m² to almost 66 m². Each one comes fully furnished with a fitted kitchen.
The real draw is how rarely you would need a car. Platja Babilònia is around 600 metres away, a local food shop roughly 200 metres, and the town centre starts at the front door. Port Esportiu Marina de les Dunes and a golf course are each about 2 km away as the crow flies.
