The Valley Elviria is a new build development of semi-detached houses in Elviria, the residential district on the eastern side of Marbella on the Costa del Sol. Every home on the price list has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with living areas from roughly 182 to 201 m². Each one also comes with a terrace of around 98 to 136 m², which gives you almost as much space outdoors as indoors.
The setting suits people who want sport and the sea on their doorstep. The Greenlife Golf Driving Range is about 100 metres away, Playa de Artola roughly 2 km as the crow flies, and the Puerto Cabopino marina about 4.5 km. The local centre of Rícmar is around 2 km away, a supermarket about 1.5 km, and the A&E department of Hospital Costa del Sol roughly 4.5 km.
Málaga Airport is the nearest airport, about 31.5 km in a straight line, with Gibraltar at around 65 km. The scheme is arranged in two blocks, with communal pools, landscaped gardens and a gym. All the homes on the price list follow the same layout: three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including an en-suite to the bedroom, with living areas between roughly 182 and 201 m². The kitchen opens onto the lounge, so cooking, dining and relaxing happen in one connected space.
