Sira Homes is a small new-build scheme in Elviria, the leafy residential district on the eastern side of Marbella. It is a single low-rise building on two levels, pairing garden apartments at street level with penthouses above, all with two or three bedrooms and roughly 117 to 207 m² of living space. Outdoor room is generous, and with the façades facing south-west, the afternoon and evening sun lands right on your terrace.
Golfers will appreciate that Greenlife Golf Marbella sits about 300 metres away. Playa de Artola is around 2 km as the crow flies, and the marina at Puerto Cabopino roughly 4.5 km. A supermarket is about 1.5 km off, while the small centre of Rícmar lies around 2 km away.
For flights home, Málaga airport is approximately 31 km in a straight line, and Hospital Costa del Sol is about 4.5 km from the door. Planning permission is in place, which gives buyers firm ground from the outset.
