Villas de Loix is a new-build development of detached villas in Benidorm, set on a hillside so that terraces look out over the Mediterranean, the mountains and the city's famous high-rise skyline. Every villa comes with three or four bedrooms, its own swimming pool, a private garden of roughly 500 to just over 1,000 m² and a garage with room for more than one car.
What makes the location work is how much sits within easy reach. Cala de Finestrat beach is about 600 metres away, a supermarket around 700 metres, and the Hospital Comarcal de la Marina Baixa roughly 2 km. Sierra Cortina Pitch & Putt is also about 2 km off, and boat owners will find the Club Náutico de Villajoyosa at around 4 km. Benidorm town centre is about 4.5 km away, and Alicante-Elche airport 43 km.
