Everyday errands stay short. A supermarket is roughly 1 km away, the Rícmar neighbourhood centre is about the same distance, and the sand at Playa de Artola is around 1.5 km off. Greenlife Golf Driving Range sits only about 400 metres from the complex, while the moorings of Puerto Cabopino are some 5 km away. Should you need a hospital, the emergency department of Hospital Costa del Sol is about 3.5 km from home.

This is a low-rise scheme of eight blocks, each with a ground floor and a first floor. The ground level holds single-storey apartments, while the duplex penthouses sit above, their accommodation spread across two levels. Homes come with two or three bedrooms, one of them with an en suite, and a total of two or three bathrooms. Interior space runs from 151 to 187 m², a comfortable size for this kind of layout.
Outdoor living is a big part of the design. Most homes have a private terrace of 49 to 130 m², part of it covered so you can sit out of the midday sun, and the specification also lists a solarium.
