Set on raised ground on the western Costa del Sol, Aby Middle is a new-build development in Estepona where the fairways of Estepona Golf start roughly 300 metres away. The homes are ground-floor and middle-floor apartments with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms in every case, and between about 104 and 132 m² of living space.
Outdoor space is what sets this scheme apart. Every apartment has a private terrace with a covered section, and sizes vary widely, from around 22 m² to more than 270 m². Homes face south-west or north-west, and depending on their position the outlook takes in the sea, the communal gardens, the pool or the inner courtyard.
Everyday practicalities are well covered. Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona is about 600 metres off and a supermarket roughly 1.5 km. The beach lies around 1.5 km away, Puerto Estepona marina about 4 km and Estepona town centre around 5.5 km, all measured as the crow flies. Aby Middle is laid out across six blocks, each with a ground floor and two upper storeys.
