Célere Sunrise is a new-build development in Mijas on the Costa del Sol, set beside Chaparral between Fuengirola and Marbella. What sets it apart is what lies on the doorstep: El Chaparral Golf Club sits around 300 metres away as the crow flies, and the sand at Playa del Charcón-Playa Marina roughly 600 metres away.
Three blocks rise to a ground floor plus three upper levels. Inside are apartments with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, spread across ground-floor homes, mid-level flats and a handful of units on the top level. Interiors reach about 138 m². Nearly every home has a private terrace, the largest exceeding 126 m², while some ground-floor homes add a garden of up to almost 82 m².
Behind the gate, residents share a pool, landscaped gardens and parking. Daily errands are easy, with a supermarket some 700 metres off. Fuengirola marina is about 4.5 km away and Málaga airport around 23 km, which keeps travel time modest for owners flying in for a long weekend.
