It sits roughly 100 metres from the Doña Julia golf course and about 800 metres from the beach. The outdoor space is what sets these homes apart. Every apartment has a terrace of around 26 m² to just over 172 m². Ground-floor units also come with a private garden of approximately 34 to 172 m². The complex looks out over the sea, the golf course and the landscaped gardens around the pool.
