The project
La Verde Island Club Residence comprises six blocks, each rising to three storeys: ground level, first floor and second floor. Ground-level apartments occupy the bottom, a number of them with a private garden of roughly 21 to 171 m². Middle-floor apartments fill the first floor, and the penthouses crown each block. Interiors measure from about 81 to 105 m², laid out with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every home has its own terrace, ranging widely from around 18 m² up to more than 243 m² for the most generous outdoor spaces, and a solarium is part of the package. A lift links the residential floors with the underground car park.

Owners receive a fully fitted kitchen, built-in wardrobes, a storage room, double glazing and electric blinds. The air conditioning handles summer cooling and doubles as heating in winter, while bathrooms are warmed by underfloor heating. The design language is contemporary throughout.
Shared grounds are landscaped and include several outdoor pools, complemented by an indoor pool for swimming in the cooler months. The spa offers a sauna and a hammam, and residents also have a gym, padel courts, a golf practice zone, coworking rooms, lounge areas and children's play areas. The whole site is gated, a reassurance for owners who spend part of the year elsewhere.
The location works well for everyday living rather than just holidays. San Luis de Sabinillas, the nearest town centre, is around 2 km off, the beach roughly 1 km, and the marina at Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa about 3 km. Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona sits some 4 km away, and shops and schools are close by, which matters if you plan to stay year-round.
Inside the gates, the emphasis falls on wellbeing: outdoor pools alongside an indoor one, a spa with sauna and hammam, a gym, padel courts and a practice area for working on your swing. Gibraltar is the closest airport at about 28 km, with Málaga at roughly 73 km. All distances quoted here are straight-line measurements.
Who is it for? Golfers will appreciate having Doña Julia on the doorstep, with no car needed to reach the first tee. Two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms suit couples who host visiting family, as well as households with children, given the on-site playgrounds and nearby schools. Remote workers get coworking rooms. One point to weigh up: private gardens belong only to some ground-floor homes, and flying into Málaga means a trip of more than 70 km measured directly.
