Set right beside the Doña Julia golf course, Alura Living Fase II is a new-build development in Casares on the western Costa del Sol, offering apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. The course is roughly 100 metres away, the beach about 800 metres and the centre of San Luis de Sabinillas around 2 km. Shops are close at hand, with a supermarket at about 1 km.
Four blocks rise to a ground floor plus two upper levels. Every home has two bathrooms and between roughly 103 and 156 m² of living space. Ground-floor homes come with their own garden, upper floors with a terrace, and the penthouses add a solarium. Inside the gated grounds, residents share a pool and a children's pool, landscaped gardens, a gym, a sauna and hammam, a golf simulator and a coworking room.
