Doña Julia golf course sits roughly 100 metres from Privilege Suites, a new-build scheme in Casares, and the sea is only about 300 metres away. Few addresses let you choose between the first tee and a swim before breakfast without starting the car.
The homes share a single building with a ground floor and two storeys above. There are duplexes, apartments on the middle level and penthouse duplexes, each with two or three bedrooms and matching bathrooms, and interiors from 107 to 225 m². Every home has outdoor space: terraces measure from 36 m² up to almost 234 m², and some homes add a private garden. The building faces south and looks out to sea.
Everyday errands are easy here. A supermarket is about 500 metres away, the centre of San Luis de Sabinillas just over 1 km, and Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa marina 2.5 km. Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona is 4.5 km away. For flights, Gibraltar is 27.5 km away as the crow flies and Málaga 73 km.

Privilege Suites is a small development: one building over three levels, ground, first and second floor. Duplexes spread across two levels, the middle floor holds single-level apartments, and the penthouse duplexes on top come with a solarium. Each home has two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, including at least one en suite. Living space ranges from just over 107 m² to just over 225 m². Terraces, partly covered, range from 36 to 234 m², and the homes with a private garden get between 20 and 132 m² of it. Kitchens come fully fitted and open onto the lounge.
