Azure Homes is a small new-build development in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, set in a single building with flats on the ground floor and the first floor. Homes have 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms, with living space from about 46 to 88 m². Most come with a private terrace, ranging from a modest 5 m² or so to roughly 54 m² of outdoor space.
For a building of this size, the shared facilities go further than you might expect: residents have a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi. There is also a lift, garage parking, home automation, double glazing and air conditioning for both cooling and heating, backed up by central heating. Kitchens are fully fitted and bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
The location suits anyone who likes to get around on foot. Playa de los Boliches is about 800 metres away, a supermarket roughly 400 metres and Fuengirola marina around 2 km. Campo Los Lagos golf course is 4 km off and Málaga airport about 17 km, all measured as the crow flies.
