Vista Linda Luxury Villas is a small new-build scheme of semi-detached villas on the Torreblanca hillside in Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol. Each home offers three bedrooms and as many bathrooms spread over several floors linked by a private lift, with a built area of just over 500 m². On top of that come roughly 141 m² of terraces, a roof terrace and a private saltwater pool.
The position works in two directions. From the slope you look out over the sea and the mountains, yet Playa Torreblanca-Carvajal is only about 600 metres away as the crow flies, with a supermarket around 400 metres off. Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola lies about 2.5 km away, the Campo Los Lagos golf course about 4.5 km and Málaga airport roughly 16.5 km.
Living here means villa-sized space without a large plot to look after: the private garden is compact and outdoor life happens mainly on the terraces. A private garage for two cars, aerothermal heating and cooling, underfloor heating and a gated setting round off the package.

The development is a single block of semi-detached villas, each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms arranged over several levels. The lowest floor acts as a living and service level: a multi-purpose room you can use as guest quarters, a gym or a home cinema, a utility room, a bathroom with separate WC, a storage room and a plant room, all with direct access to the pool.
