Set just back from Platja de Ponent, Benidorm Beach is a new-build glass tower in Benidorm, with the sand roughly 400 metres away. The flats currently listed sit high up, between the 22nd and 34th floors, and offer two or three bedrooms, each with two bathrooms. Interiors run from about 80 to 103 m², and every unit has a terrace of 20 to 25 m² facing south-east, looking out across the Mediterranean and towards the mountains inland.
Living here means having most of your leisure inside the gates. At ground level there are landscaped gardens with palms, a glass-lined pool lit from within, a children's pool, outdoor hot tubs, padel and a play area. On the 26th floor, a double-height space holds a gym alongside a heated pool. Each flat comes with an underground parking bay and its own storeroom.
Day to day, a supermarket is around 400 metres off, the Las Rejas golf course roughly 1.5 km and central Benidorm about 3 km. Alicante-Elche airport lies some 44.5 km away as the crow flies.

The development is made up of two blocks and takes the form of a glass-fronted high-rise. The flats on the current price list are all mid-floor units, found on the 22nd, 31st, 33rd and 34th levels, well above street noise.
