Triumph Towers is a new-build development in Benidorm where most homes sit well above street level, spread between the eleventh and nineteenth floors of five residential towers. Apartments have one or two bedrooms, a single bathroom and between 38.7 and 97 m² of living space, and each comes with a private terrace of 6.6 to 7.1 m².
The appeal here is how much daily life the complex itself covers. Alongside a communal pool and landscaped gardens there is a gym, a tennis court, a barbecue area, an on-site restaurant and a day care facility. For someone spending a few months a year on the Costa Blanca, or living here full time, that keeps routine errands to a minimum.
Beyond the gates, the essentials are close. The beach at Cala de Finestrat is roughly 800 metres away, a supermarket about 100 metres, and Sierra Cortina Pitch & Putt around 1.5 km. The development is laid out as five tower blocks. Almost all of the apartments on offer are on intermediate floors, ranging from the eleventh to the nineteenth storey, with a single unit on the ground floor.
