The project
Ocean Hills is one building made up of a ground floor with eight storeys above, all served by a lift. The great majority of homes are on the middle floors; at street level a few apartments come with a private garden of 75.5 m², while a single penthouse crowns the block. Layouts run from a one-bedroom flat of 42.75 m² up to a three-bedroom home of 88.25 m² with two bathrooms, one of them en suite.
