It is a single residential building with a ground floor and eight storeys above. Every flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with roughly 81 to 85.5 m² of living space. Each one has a private terrace of 15 to just over 46 m², and the six ground-floor flats also have a private garden of around 35 m².
The building faces south-east, so the terraces get the morning sun, with views of the sea or the pool. Inside the gated grounds there are two communal pools, landscaped gardens and a gym, and a lift serves every floor.
Everyday life is easy from here. There is a supermarket about 600 metres away, the Hospital Comarcal de la Marina Baixa is 2 km off, and Benidorm town centre is roughly 4 km away.
