Almoradí lies inland in the Vega Baja, the fertile plain of the Segura river, and everyday needs are within easy reach. The project
Villas Orquídea is a compact scheme of identical detached villas, each on a plot of its own. Every villa offers 134 m² of living space arranged around three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them en suite. The kitchen is open to the lounge and comes fully equipped with appliances, which keeps cooking and socialising in one space. A separate utility room takes the washing machine and household clutter away from the living area, and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
