Each home has four or five bedrooms, six or seven bathrooms and roughly 819 to 1,007 m² of living area, with a terrace of 189 to 324 m² and a private plot of 1,075 to 2,341 m² that includes its own pool.
The villas sit within a gated urbanisation patrolled around the clock, close to the forest yet near the built-up area. From the hillside you look out over the sea and the mountains. Residents share a tennis court, a gym, a sauna, a heated indoor pool and an on-site restaurant.
As the crow flies, Playa del Cable is about 3.5 km away, Río Real golf course 2.5 km and Marina Marbella around 4 km. Málaga airport (AGP) lies a little over 35 km off in a straight line. For a large family wanting a permanent base, or a second home with room for guests, that combination is hard to match on this stretch of coast.

The scheme consists of detached villas inside a fenced urbanisation in the Ojén hills, right on the edge of the forest.
