Within walking distance of Playa de los Boliches, Vangard Fase I is a new build development in Fuengirola, about a kilometre from the sand and roughly 2 km from the town's marina. On this part of the Costa del Sol, daily life works well without a car: a supermarket is around 500 metres away, and transport links are close by.
The scheme has two buildings, each rising from the ground floor to an eighth storey. Most homes sit on the intermediate floors, alongside six penthouses and a single ground-floor home. Buyers can choose two, three or four bedrooms. Every home has two bathrooms and between roughly 113 and 188 m² of living space, and every home also has a terrace, from 31.5 m² up to almost 185 m².
The buildings face south-west and look out over the sea, the gardens and the pool. Inside the gated grounds there is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor one, plus a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi. Málaga Airport is about 17.5 km away as the crow flies, so it is easy to reach for regular trips back home.
