Vangard Fase II is a new-build development in Fuengirola that brings mid-floor apartments, a few ground-floor homes and penthouses together in one nine-level building, with layouts from 2 to 4 bedrooms. It makes sense for anyone who wants to enjoy the Costa del Sol on foot: Playa de los Boliches is roughly 1 km away as the crow flies, the Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola about 2 km, and there is a supermarket around 500 metres from the door.
Space is a real strength here. Living areas run from about 110 to 170 m², every home has two bathrooms, and almost all of them come with a private terrace, starting at around 31 m² and stretching beyond 220 m² on the largest. Behind the gated entrance, residents share outdoor pools, a spa with a heated indoor pool, a gym and coworking rooms set among landscaped gardens.
