Living here means Playa de la Carihuela is roughly 500 metres away and the Puerto Marina harbour about 700 metres, so neither requires a car. A supermarket sits around 100 metres from the gates, and the centre of Arroyo de la Miel-Benalmádena Costa is 1.5 km off.
Two blocks rise from ground level to a third storey. Buyers can choose a ground floor apartment, one on an intermediate level or a penthouse. Each one comes with two bathrooms, a choice of two or three bedrooms and roughly 89 to 145 m² of interior space. Outdoor space is a constant: every home has its own terrace, and the largest exceed 160 m².
