Kool Homes is a new-build development in Torremolinos, about 600 metres as the crow flies from the sand of Playa de la Carihuela. It has two blocks, each with a ground floor and three upper levels. There are ground-floor and middle-floor apartments, with penthouses on top. Homes have one to three bedrooms, always with two bathrooms, and roughly 56 to 87 m² of living space.
The main draw is everyday town life close to the sea. A supermarket is around 100 metres from the gate, the marina about 900 metres away and Golf Torrequebrada roughly 3 km off. Inside the gated grounds, residents share a pool, landscaped gardens and a gym, and there is an underground garage below.
Every home has a private terrace, ranging from 10.5 m² to 78.6 m², and the buildings face south. Málaga Airport is roughly 8.5 km away. That is a short trip for owners who divide their year between the Costa del Sol and somewhere further north.
