Depending on where a flat sits in the building, the outlook is over the sea and beach or across the garden and pool. At ground level there is a shared pool with a separate children's pool and a low-maintenance garden; below it, an underground car park.
Everyday errands are easy on foot. A supermarket is around 300 metres away, the centre of Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmádena Costa about 1 km, and a hospital roughly 2 km. Golf Torrequebrada lies some 2.5 km off, and Málaga airport only about 9 km, which suits owners who fly in and out often.
