Set a short walk above the sand of Playa de la Carihuela, Magna Torremolinos Fase II is a new build scheme in Torremolinos on the Costa del Sol. The beach is roughly 300 metres away, the marina about 900 metres, and Málaga Airport lies around 8.5 km as the crow flies. For anyone planning frequent short stays, that proximity to the runway matters as much as the sea view.
The development is spread over seven blocks rising from ground level to a sixth floor. Buyers can choose a ground floor flat, a home on one of the middle storeys or a penthouse. Layouts start with a single bedroom and go up to four, with living space of approximately 53 to 161 m². Every home comes with its own terrace, the smallest around 6 m² and the largest more than 160 m².
On site there are communal gardens, a heated indoor pool and a gym. Golf Torrequebrada is about 3.5 km away and a hospital roughly 2.5 km, so the address works just as well in January as it does in August.
