Villa te koop in Mar de Cristal

We are delighted to offer exclusively this stunning villa which is almost new and only 500 metres to the beach. The property is only 5 months old and sadly the owners are relocating due to unforeseen circumstances. The owners have added many extras from the original build. The property is L shaped, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful open plan living area, a huge solarium and a large front south facing terrace where you find the pool and a rear north facing terrace for a cooler dining area for those hot summer nights. You enter the property into a hallway at the corner of the L shape, one way leads to the opening plan living space and the other to the bedrooms. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and fitted sink unit. The master bedroom is bathed in light having full length patio doors to the garden, it has a dressing area and an en-suite fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second double bedroom again has full length patio doors to the garden and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is currently used as a storeroom / ironging room and is a double size with fitted wardrobes. ON entering the other side of the property, we enter the stunning kitchen area with a huge number of cupboards and lovely dark work surfaces. The built in units open and shut with a light touch, the back wall has the oven and microwave built in. There is an induction hob and a dishwasher and fridge freezer built in. A utility room comes off the kitchen area for the washing machine and tumble dryer and still with extra room for storage. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area which leads into the lounge sitting area. This room is so bright and airy with one wall of floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that lead to the patio and pool area, the other side of the room has another large sliding glass door to another terrace which could be a great setting for an outdoor dining table. All the windows and glass doors have blinds and the large main glass doors have an electric retractable awning enabling the sitting room to stay cool or to shade the terrace from the hot sun. All the rooms have air conditioning which provides both hot and cold air. Outside there is a driveway the gate of which is electrified and can be opened remotely and can fit 2 cars very easily. Off this area is a lockable storage unit. The front terrace is very large, south facing and has a private pool. The area to the rear of the property is a designated dining area and here is where we find the stairs up to the 2 solarium areas which covers approx. 65m2 and is already set up with water and electricity so a summer kitchen could be fitted easily. This solarium is an ideal area where you could sit and watch the beautiful views to the sea as well as the stunning sunsets. This home is beautifully appointed and was built with the greatest attention to detail and quality. It’s a beautiful home and would be a great permanent home or a fantastic holiday home. Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the quality. If you are interested in this property, we recommend you arrange a viewing as soon as possible. Furniture can be available by separate negotiation. Mar de Cristal is a small coastal village in the south of the Mar Menor.
